Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep mahogany amber with bronze-copper highlights, a luminous sherry-warmed hue evoking aged wood and sunset.
Nose
A lush, intense sherry influence saturates the bouquet, with walnuts and vanilla framing ripe apricot and a teasing note of pineapple. Subtle mint and hay lend freshness and a rustic lift behind the warmth.
Palate
Honeyed vanilla and nutty-malty sweetness carry sweet cereals, ripe apples and cherries, with a whisper of white pepper, tobacco and a touch of salt. Oak lingers in the background.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish threads sweet cereals with honey and cocoa, interwoven with cinnamon, cherries, tangerines and apricots, finally fading into a poised oak-dry linger.
