Colour

Burnished copper-gold with a deep amber core and mahogany-tinged rim.

Nose

Honeyed sweetness and heather mingle with a light peat, carried by a maritime breeze. Dried fruit—raisin, fig, date—emerges with vanilla, toffee and a hint of orange zest. Sherry-influenced spice, almond and walnut follow, while oak and a whisper of leather deepen the aroma into a refined, old-world warmth.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied on the palate, dark fig and prune mingle with orange zest and honeyed toffee. Sherry richness coats the tongue, while Highland Park’s signature light peat adds a gentle smoke, salted caramel and waxy vanilla. Spice rises—cinnamon and clove—leading to a long, resinous finish of oak, cocoa, and coastal salt.

Finish

Long, coastal finish of peat and smoke drifting into honeyed sweetness, orange zest and dried fruit. Sherry depth adds cocoa and nutmeg, while a maritime saltiness lingers with warming oak.
