Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany depths and a coppery glow.
Nose
Delicate peat and a maritime whisper mingle with honeyed orchard fruit. Sherry cask richness deepens the aroma with dried figs and raisins, cocoa nibs and orange zest, while warm spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—drift over cedar, leather, and a subtle sea-salt lift, finishing in a refined, age-woven complexity.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate offers honeyed warmth with orchard fruit and orange zest, deepened by sherry richness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with dark cocoa and spice, while a poised, gentle peat smoke and cedar-wood notes weave through, finishing long and refined.
Finish
An extended, elegant finish where gentle peat rises with sherry-soaked fruit. Honeyed orange and dried fig unfold, tempered by vanilla, cocoa and oak spice. The smoke softens but threads through the warmth, leaving a maritime whisper and a lasting kiss of sweetness that lingers long on the palate.
