Rich and concentrated, the palate opens with dark fruit compote and bittersweet chocolate. Layered spice—cinnamon and clove—and robust oak frame a full, velvety mouthfeel that carries the 55.6% cask strength. The finish is long and warming, with echoes of chocolate, lingering spice and oak.
