Hanyu (silent) Ichiro's Malt - Nine Of Clubs Japanese Single Malt Whisky 20 Year Old · 1991 Vintage
Out of stock
A single cask Hanyu from Ichiro’s Malt “Card Series,” this Nine of Clubs release was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2011 after 20 years of maturation in a bourbon cask. Bottled at 57.3% ABV, the release was limited to 238 bottles from the now-closed Hanyu distillery.
Bourbon cask maturation adds vanilla sweetness, gentle spice and oak structure to Hanyu’s elegant, fruit-forward spirit, complementing the distillery’s refined character while allowing its delicate malt and fruit notes to remain prominent. As part of the highly sought-after Card Series, it represents one of the scarce remaining bottlings from this silent Japanese distillery.
