Ripe pear and apple, vanilla bean, honey and toffee mingle on the nose, layered with coconut and lemon zest. Subtle oak, white pepper and nutmeg weave through a gentle bourbon sweetness, yielding a mature, refined aroma that invites the palate.
Palate
Luxurious and full-bodied, with creamy vanilla and caramel from the bourbon cask underpinning ripe orchard fruit—apple and pear—with a bright citrus glow. A waxy, mouth-coating texture unfolds into warm spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) and subtle oak tannins. The sweetness remains refined, carrying a long, polished finish of honeyed fruit, toffee and gentle spice.

Silky, long finish that lingers with vanilla and warm toffee, unfolding into creamy orchard fruit and a kiss of citrus zest. Subtle oak spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—coax a refined sweetness, leaving almond and velvety warmth that persist.
