Deep golden amber with coppery highlights.

Nose

Notes of cereal husks and polished wood unfold into leather, herbal honey, and old vanilla, with a gentle echo of banana toffee.

Palate

Malted milk biscuits fold into vanilla toast, with sugared almonds and marzipan, while barley sugar cushions herbal, gently spicy oak.

Finish

Dry, herbal finish with toasted almonds and sappy vanilla oak, lightly spiced by anise and white pepper.
