Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a warm copper glow.
Nose
Unpeated and elegant, this nose blends creamy vanilla and almond from Bourbon maturation with a rich Sherry backbone—raisin and fig entwined with cocoa. Subtle orange zest and honeyed barley drift through polished oak, delivering a bright, inviting sweetness and a sense of refined experimentation.
Palate
Unpeated and silky, it glides across the palate with vanilla and toffee from Bourbon casks, flowing into sherry‑driven fruitcake notes. Dried figs and raisins mingle with creamy custard, a touch of almond spice and smooth oak. Rich, mouth‑coating texture with a warm, long finish of sherry sweetness and restrained spice.
Finish
Long, refined finish with creamy vanilla and caramel from the bourbon influence, evolving into dried fruit and raisin notes from the sherry cask. Gentle spice and a whisper of cocoa linger, wrapped in polished oak and a warm, lingering sweetness.
