This Glengoyne White Oak expression is a Highland single malt bottled at 48% ABV, matured exclusively in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and virgin American oak — a departure from the distillery’s traditional sherry-led maturation.
The use of fresh American oak brings bright oak, vanilla, citrus and light tropical fruit notes, with a soft, playful palate featuring crème brûlée, candied lemon, jam tarts and pineapple, and a long, smooth finish with toasted oak and caramel character.

Bright golden amber with warm honey hues.
Nose
Vibrant oak and vanilla frame a bright citrus core, with sponge cake, crisp red apple and ginger spice; subtle hints of unripe banana and violet complete the aroma.
Palate
Soft and playful on the palate, crème brûlée richness with candied lemon, jam tart sweetness and hints of tinned pineapple.
Finish
Long, silky finish of toasted oak and caramel, lifted by vanilla and a hint of citrus; the sweetness lingers warmly on the palate.
