A classic expression from this popular Highland distillery, now with new shiny packaging. Glengoyne 18 Year Old is a sweet, mellow, easy drinking single malt enriched by maturation in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.
The whisky has a rich, luxurious mouthfeel, and flavours of spiced vanilla, ripe apples, chocolate coated raisins, and nutty flapjack.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany depth, copper-gold highlights and a warm honey glow.
Nose
Awash with red apple and ripe melon, the aroma feels heavenly and well rounded, unfolding into hints of hot porridge topped with brown sugar.
Palate
Full bodied, round and rich, with a luxurious mouthfeel. At first macerated fruits, marzipan and walnuts; then warm spices, dry cocoa and lingering Seville marmalade.
Finish
A long, warm finish that dries elegantly, with lingering spice and cocoa giving way to a subtle echo of Seville marmalade and nutty warmth.
