Glengoyne 12 Year Old is a soft, gentle, unpeated single malt whisky that has been matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. The ex-Bourbon casks contribute sweet vanilla and fresh citrus aromas and flavours, whilst the ex-Sherry wood brings intensity and richness to the palate.

Nose
Soft, inviting nose of vanilla and fresh citrus, wrapped around creamy malt. Sherry cask influence lends warmth and depth with dried fruit, raisin, and a touch of toffee and spice, unfolding as a balanced, gentle sweetness.
Palate
Silky and gentle on the palate, with creamy vanilla and bright citrus from the bourbon casks, layered by sherry richness. Dried fruits, toffee, and a touch of spice weave through the sweetness, delivering a refined, well-balanced mouthfeel that lingers with quiet warmth.
Finish
Long, silky finish with vanilla and citrus lingering alongside refined sherried warmth. Dried fruit and almond echo softly, touched by a gentle spice and a hint of cocoa, as the oak fades into a lingering, bright finish.
