This release focuses on Peter Russell and his family, the current custodians of Glengoyne who have fulfilled their dream of having their very own distillery. Chapter Two in the Legacy Series marries spirits matured in two distinct cask types – first fill bourbon and refill sherry barrels.
Every drop embodies Peter’s combination of forward-thinking and respect for tradition. On the palate, Creamy and well-balanced, apple crumble, honey drizzled toast, green grape and gentle spice, this richness builds in the warming finish, syrupy with hints of sweet oak and dates.
