Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a copper-gold glow and a mahogany-tinted core.
Nose
Opulent bouquet of dried fig and raisin blends with toffee, orange zest and vanilla. Polished oak supports a hint of nutmeg and cacao, while sherry sweetness coats waxy pear and almond. A whisper of coastal brine lends lift, finishing with refined, old‑world elegance.
Palate
Silky and refined, the palate unfolds with fig and raisin, cloaked in sherry sweetness and a touch of toffee. Nutty almond, dark chocolate and orange zest mingle with gentle spice, while a velvet mouthfeel carries subtle oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering coffee nudge and a refined drying core.
Finish
An exceptionally long, sherried finish that lingers with poise and warmth. Dark fruits, espresso, and cocoa unfold slowly, giving way to toasted almond and orange zest, all enrobed by velvety oak and a braid of subtle spice. The sweetness fades gracefully, leaving a refined, persistent whisper of smoke and caramelized fruit.
