Colour
Deep amber with coppery-gold tones and rich mahogany highlights.
Nose
Opulent and warming, it opens with sun-dried fig, raisin and plum, with raspberry and orange zest. Rich toffee, vanilla and dark chocolate ride over velvety oak, while cinnamon and clove dust a refined spice. Subtle cedar and leather whisper of the Spanish wine cask influence, delivering wine-driven sweetness that lingers with graceful warmth.
Palate
Powerful, cask-strength palate; dense dried fruits—prune, fig, raisin—layer with dark chocolate, espresso and a hint of orange zest. Spanish wine hogshead adds red-berry sweetness and toffee, while oak brings spice—clove, cinnamon—with creamy vanilla. Long, warming finish of cocoa, caramel and subtle cedar.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with warm sherry sweetness. Dried figs and raisins coalesce with cocoa nibs and toasted almond, while whispers of cinnamon and spice linger, slowly fading to polished oak and a soft coastal glow.
