Finish evolves into a warm, Sauternes-laced sweetness that lingers. Apricot marmalade and Demerara sugar cling to the palate, with caramel underpinning and a gentle spice kick. Ginger and allspice thread through the richness, while dried fruits and toasted oak fade to a long, amber-warm finish.
