Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with a warm copper glow and a hint of mahogany.

Nose

Orchard fruit and citrus rise on a soft sherried warmth. Raisin and fig mingle with almond and toffee, while vanilla and a touch of cocoa weave through delicate malt. Subtle oak and spice frame the aroma, lending elegance to a rare, silent memory.

Palate

Elegant and rounded on the palate, it unfolds orchard fruit sweetness into walnut and honeyed spice, with dried apricot, toasted toffee, and a whisper of oak. The finish is refined and lingering, with graceful balance.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish unfolds with dusky sherry sweetness—dark fruits, cocoa and toasted almond—softly giving way to warm spice and oak in a velvety, lingering glow.
