The GlenAllachie 10-year-old Batch 12 is bottled at its cask strength of 59.7%, natural colour and without chill filtration, allowing for the optimum drinking experience.

Colour
Deep coppery amber with mahogany undertones and a warm ruby glow.
Nose
Hints of mocha, fig syrup and toasted hazelnuts mingle with honeycomb, dried red berries and a touch of molasses tart, presenting a rich, inviting aroma with warm, dessert-like depth.
Palate
On the palate, baking spices mingle with brandied cherries and toffee sauce, then unfold into Black Forest gateau, mocha and grilled honeycomb, finishing with molasses and damson plum.
Finish
An enduring finish of dark molasses and damson plum, woven with baking-spice warmth and a chocolaty, honeyed undertone that lingers richly on the palate.
