Rich mocha, brimming with heather honey and cinnamon pancakes, wrapped in caramelised brown sugar, pears and warm gingersnaps.
Palate
Dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb and molasses unfold into ripe plums, hazelnuts, ginger and red berries.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish, a warm ember of dark chocolate and espresso that slowly yields to molasses, dried plums and red berries. Toasted hazelnuts and ginger thread through the oak, leaving a velvety, sherry-tinged warmth that lingers with caramelized sweetness.
