Sherry-rich bouquet of dark fruit—raisins, figs, dried apricots—with candied orange peel. Cocoa nibs, toffee and toasted almond weave through warm spices, cinnamon and clove, with vanilla-soaked oak. A bold, resinous backbone lends leather-tinted depth, hinting at the strength to come.

Palate

Powerful, sherried palate delivering dark fruit depth—raisin, fig and plum—woven with velvety toffee and cocoa. Rich oak carries spices of cinnamon and clove, mingling with a peppery warmth. Full-bodied and creamy, the finish lingers with fruitcake sweetness, espresso hints, and a subtle oak smoke.

Finish

Long, opulent finish with sherried warmth. Rich dried fruit, figs and raisins, melts into dark chocolate and espresso, carried by spice and a hint of toasted oak. The 56.1% strength lingers as a velvety, warming echo, fading slowly to nutty vanilla and a delicate final note of wood and cocoa.
