Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden amber with warm honey undertones and a sun-kissed, inviting glow.
Nose
Fresh, fruity and inviting, the nose bursts with pear and pineapple, lifting with a gentle red pepper spice. Vanilla, toffee and marzipan weave through biscuit and honey, while a delicate note of liquorice adds intrigue. A whisper of toasted oak rounds the aroma, keeping it bright, balanced and irresistible.
Palate
Bright, fruit-forward palate with pear and pineapple taking the lead, lightly sharpened by red pepper. Rich notes of toffee, vanilla and marzipan unfold with biscuit and honey sweetness, while a peppery lift and a whisper of liquorice linger into a clean, subtly spiced finish.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish carries ripe pear and pineapple with vanilla and toffee sweetness, a gentle peppery spice and liquorice that linger, and a warming, creamy oak persistence that gracefully fades.
