This six-year-old single malt is created by marrying two peated and three unpeated whiskies, initially matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels before an extended finish in French Cognac casks. Bottled at a robust 58% ABV, it delivers an elegant, orchard-fruit-led profile with notes of poached pear, dried apple, toffee and caramel, balanced by rich vanilla, honeyed sweetness and a gentle lick of smoke.
