Matured in first fill ex-Bourbon casks for 3 years and 10 months before finishing in Ruby Port casks for 2 years and 10 months, this new addition to the Glasgow 1770 range of single malts from the Glasgow Distillery was bottles at a cask strength 55% ABV.
Expect notes of fresh summer berries, rich vanilla, dark cherry, marzipan, almond and peppercorn.

Ripe berry sweetness leads the palate: fresh summer berries and dark cherry mingle with vanilla and marzipan, while almond notes provide a delicate nuttiness. A peppery bite lifts the finish as ruby port influence coats the mouth with a polished, velvety sweetness that lingers long after each sip.

Long and lush, the finish wears ruby port warmth: dark cherry and summer berries unfold into vanilla and almond marzipan, with a whisper of pepper. The fruit lingers across a velvety, port-kissed tail, slowly fading to a warm, nutty sweetness.
