Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper highlights and a mahogany glow.
Nose
Rich sherry-driven aroma of dried fig and raisin, caramelized toffee and vanilla, with a bright hint of orange zest. Toasted oak and almond mingle with a wisp of spice, hinting at cocoa-chocolate depth.
Palate
On the palate, sweetness leads, guided to the tip of the tongue by the glass's tulip shape. The malt is smooth and lightly creamy, with gentle warmth and a restrained, balanced finish that echoes the sweeter notes long after the sip.
Finish
Silky, lingering finish with a soft sherried sweetness. Dried fig and raisin unfold into cocoa and toasted oak, while a gentle spice kiss warms the palate and lingers invitingly.
