Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with a warm copper glow and mahogany edges.

Nose

A lingering tobacco note rests in an empty sandalwood cigar box, with Arbroath smokie adding a smoky maritime depth, complemented by lemon oil, ginger root and a hint of menthol.

Palate

Rich and unctuous, with dark chocolate-dipped candied orange slices and crystallised stem ginger. Muscovado syrup drapes over date-studded ginger cake, while sweet smoke and dried autumn fruits linger in the background, delivering warmth and indulgence.

Finish

Treacle toffee and smoky black tea unfold into a long, sweet, rich finish, sweetened by dark brown sugar and left with a warming touch of spice.
