Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow.

Nose

Freshly brewed coffee tempered with hot milk, sugared almonds and white chocolate truffles, lightly veiled by peat smoke. A fresh fruit basket adds balance.

Palate

Sweet with mineral clarity, the palate carries vanilla smoke and wood spice that drift through freshly baked butter croissants and hot milky coffee. Creamy, balanced and inviting, it finishes with a soft, lingering sweetness and a whisper of smoke.

Finish

A lightly smoked, subtly sweet finish that lingers with delicate fruit salad notes.
