A blended Islay malt from the Elements of Islay range. Uisng a combination of malts from across Islay, this is a blend comprised of around 60 casks. Well balanced and easy drinking this still bears all the classic hallmarks you would exoect from the home of peat.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with coppery undertones, a warm, sunlit glow.
Nose
Bright orange peel and thick-cut bacon mingle with sea-shell brine and smouldering coals, a maritime, smoky aroma that hints at peat-fired depth.
Palate
Hickory smoke coalesces with hints of Lapsang Souchong tea, while salted caramel and dark chocolate weave a balanced, indulgent sweetness that lingers with a smoky finish.
Finish
Sea spray lingers as baked apple fades, giving way to heavy smoke, with hints of truffle salt and sweet spice.
