Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant golden amber with coppery highlights and a whisper of mahogany.
Nose
Delicate orchard fruit lifts with creamy vanilla and honey, a soft sherry-glow warming the nose. Dried plum and raisin emerge, a hint of cocoa and toasted nuts, with a whisper of spicy oak—elegant and refined in the Highlands.
Palate
Light to medium-bodied and delicately sherried, this Edradour speaks with raisin and fig, orange zest, and a creamy vanilla-caramel core. Almond and cocoa nibs unfold, threaded with subtle spice and oak. The sweetness stays balanced, delivering a silky finish with a faint, warm fruit echo.
Finish
Sherried and enduring, the finish coats the palate with fig and raisin sweetness, with orange zest and toasted almond accents. Spices linger as satin oak recedes, leaving a long, refined tail of cocoa and caramel that fades to warm, mellow sweetness.
