Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with mahogany hues and a warm reddish-gold glow.
Nose
Fig jam mingles with caramel and chocolate wafers, while cognac-flamed plum pudding notes unfold, lifted by orange zest and walnut for a warm, polished aromatic depth.
Palate
A lush, confectionery palate delivers dark honeyed figs, orange segments steeped in cognac, and sherry-soaked fruit cake. Nutty oak provides structure around toasted walnut and almond notes, while coffee liqueur adds depth and prunes in syrup linger gracefully.
Finish
Figs in cognac, mocha, walnut, polished oak, sherry soaked sponge fingers, terry's chocolate orange and a dusting of sweet spice.
