The brand new limited edition vintage Cù Bòcan 2006, a peated expression from The Tomatin distillery.
Matured in a combination of Sherry and Bourbon casks, sweet and full with underlying light, earthy smoke and warm winter spice flavours, this limited edition is the perfect winter dram.
Bottled at 50% ABV and non chill-filtered.
The pack also includes a Cù Bòcan branded glass, only available with this expression.
An aromatic winter spiced sweet peated beauty, lots going on here and my favourite Cu Bocan yet.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany edge.
Nose
Malty toffee and chocolate honeycomb rise with fruity liquorice; aromatic bonfire smoke, singed herbs, heather honey and mocha mingle with notes of old tea-chest wood and caramel.
Palate
Smoked butterscotch and malty honeycomb unfold into earthy chocolate, black pepper and liquorice, with clove, aromatic black tea and charred vanillin wood. Rum-soaked raisins and caramelised banana linger, weaving warmth and a polished, dessert-spiced finish.
Finish
Smoked malt toffee and honeycomb merge with bitter chocolate, clove honey and anise, infused by aromatic wood spice as a lingering sweet tobacco smoke fades.
