Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones.
Nose
Sweet, light floral aromas with apple blossom give way to malted barley. Pear and lime mingle with soft vanilla fudge, while chocolate and traces of fresh pine develop.
Palate
Sweet floral notes with black pepper and green apple evolve into flavours of creamy keylime pie. Hints of aniseed develop with an undertone of ripe banana and toasted oak.
Finish
Light-bodied and graceful, the finish weaves liquorice with toffee, leaving a soft, lingering sweetness that fades to a delicate echo.
