Silky and sherried on the palate, this 14-year-old delivers ripe orchard fruits—pear and apple—woven with dark raisin and fig. Rich toffee and cocoa unfold, accented by cinnamon and clove, all resting on a smooth oak backbone. The finish is long and refined, with subtle coffee notes and a citrus zest.
Finish
Silky and lingering, the finish bathes the palate in warm sherry-tinted sweetness that slowly fades to toasted almond and cocoa. Dried fig and raisin deepen the fruit, while refined oak and spice leave a velvet, lingering echo.
