A seaside breeze meets barbequed peaches, with lush tropical and stone fruits rising amid a whisper of peat.
Palate
Creamy brioche and ripe stone fruits unfold under a plume of peat, with a saline, sea-spray lift. Subtle banana notes mingle with the fruit and smoke, creating a rounded, expressive palate that remains elegant and poised.
Finish
Fruit gives way to peat, which softens into oak and a veil of mellow spice, leaving a warm, persistent finish.
