Palate

40-year Caol Ila delivers a refined maritime peat that lingers with sherry sweetness. On the palate, dark fruit, cacao and toasted almond weave through a mineral, sea-salt backbone, touched by iodine and a peppery lift. A full, warming finish persists, carrying the malt’s complexity at 49.1%.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with coastal peat and sea-salt that lingers, interwoven with soft iodine. Gradually reveals dried fruit, cocoa and a whisper of leather as the smoke persists, ending in a warm, velvety fade.
