Palate

Silky and full-bodied, it coats the palate with maritime peat, iodine and a saline sparkle. Rich sherry-inflected fruit—orange zest, dried fig and cocoa—unfolds beneath peppery oak, while a coastal smoke lingers into a refined, lingering finish.
