Colour

Deep coppery amber with a warm honey-gold sheen and a hint of ruby.

Nose

Sea-salted peat, iodine and coastal breeze mingle with lush sherry influence. Dried fruits - fig, raisin, date - rise with cocoa, treacle, and orange zest. A hint of vanilla and leather adds maturity as dark smoke lingers.

Palate

Powerful peat, iodine and sea-salt open to lush dark fruit—prune, fig and raisin—carried on sherry-influenced sweetness. Cocoa and espresso mingle with clove and black pepper, wrapped in velvety oak. Full and warming, the finish lingers with smoke, mineral brine and a coastal glow.

Finish

Long, maritime peat and brine persist through the finish, with iodine and ash fading into warm oak. A kiss of dark chocolate and citrus lingers, before ember-smoke slowly recedes to a coastal, resinous whisper that lingers on the palate.
