Nose

Oily creosote and tar rise from the glass, entwined with crackling bonfire embers and Madeira-driven sweetness. Candied fruits shimmer through the peat, while resinous coastal notes linger.

Palate

Oil-coated and full-bodied, the palate opens with peat, creosote and tar, tempered by Madeira sweetness. Candied orange, fig and raisin mingle with vanilla and caramel as medicinal notes linger beneath the smoke. The finish is long, warming and lightly mineral, leaving a final kiss of candied fruit.

Finish

Long, smoky finish with oily creosote and tar lingering like embers. Madeira cask influence reappears as candied fruit sweetness, pairing with resinous coastal notes. Oak adds a drying warmth that slowly fades, leaving a final, soft wisp of smoke.
