Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-gold with warm amber hues and a sunlit honey sheen.
Nose
An understated yet confident bouquet of coastal brine and light peat smoke, lifted by lemon zest and green apple. Hints of vanilla and polished oak mingle with a whisper of dried fruits and a subtle sherry sweetness, giving depth without heaviness.
Palate
Coastal peat and iodine greet a sea-salt whisper, wrapped in sherry-soft sweetness. Bright orange zest and vanilla mingle with dried fruit as medicinal smoke lingers gracefully, yielding a mouth-coating, balanced finish of cocoa and warmed oak.
Finish
Long, coastal peat lingers with a sherried sweetness; saline mineral notes hold the tongue as cocoa, dried fruit and a whisper of spice fade, leaving a warm, resinous smoke that persists with elegant restraint.
