Salty sea air and peat smoke rise in a refined veil, mingling with iodine and kelp. Beneath, rich sherry-soaked fruit—figs, prunes, dark raisins—deepens with leather, cocoa, and toasted almonds. Subtle vanilla and old oak lend warmth, while the finish lingers with gentle smoky sweetness and a maritime, medicinal grace.
Palate
Full-bodied and velvety, it blankets the palate with fierce peat and sea-salt tang, tempered by rich sherry sweetness. Prune and fig mingle with vanilla, espresso and dark chocolate, while medicinal smoke twists into a long, briny finish.
Finish
Long, peaty finish that glides across the palate with sea-salt and iodine, unveiling a delicate sweetness of dried fruit and spice. The Islay breeze lingers—smoky, refined, and subtly oaken, with a final nip of pepper.
