Vanilla and toffee rise from ex-Bourbon oak, braided with lemon zest and green apple. A coastal breeze carries sea-salt, kelp, and a whisper of almond—bright and refined. Subtle oak spice adds depth to the aroma. Not peated, but distinctly Islay—maritime, subtly briny, inviting a calm, contemplative inhale.
Palate
Silky palate with vanilla cream, lemon zest, and ripe orchard fruits. Warm American oak adds toffee and almond notes, while a subtle maritime edge keeps the sweetness balanced. No peat—refined, bright flavors lead to a long, elegant finish of citrus, spice, and a touch of salt.
Finish
Long, elegant and warm, the finish pours vanilla and creamy oak, bright citrus zest, and a soft coastal salinity. Honeyed fruit and gentle spice unfold, fading to a refined, lingering warmth that coats the palate.
