A lowland Single Grain whisky distilled in May 1991 and bottled in 2021 after more than 30 years of maturation in a single ex-Bourbon cask.
Aromas of vanilla sponge cake and ginger powder with some dried fruit notes. The palate is failry full bodied with marzipan, vanilla and toffee popcorn. Sweet bourbon notes mingle with spice, oak, and pencil shavings.

Vanilla sponge cake on the nose, edged by ginger powder and a hint of dried fruit. Sweet, inviting and lightly spicy, with creamy vanilla and a soft fruit sweetness lingering.

Full-bodied on the palate with marzipan, vanilla and toffee popcorn. Sweet bourbon notes mingle with spice and oak, edged by pencil-shaving echoes. Creamy sweetness frames warm spice, lifting into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, velvety finish of vanilla and toffee, with persistent bourbon sweetness beneath warm spice and oak. Marzipan and creaminess ease away to reveal a final note of pencil shavings and a faint dried-fruit glow.
