Tasting Notes
Colour
Sun-kissed amber-gold with a warm honey-bronze glow and a subtle copper edge.
Nose
Lemon, passion fruit, papaya, ripe melon, perfumed pear and pineapple fuse in a bright, tropical bouquet. Biscuit, mellow oak, honey and a whisper of grass add warmth and structure.
Palate
A vibrant palate of pineapple and citrus yields to rum‑and‑raisin fudge, honey and tea. Nutty almond and macadamia lend a creamy, toasted edge as Clos Urolat’s sherry influence brings a poised sweetness and a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Long and fruit-forward, the finish lingers with pineapple and citrus, braided with honeyed sweetness and soft almond and macadamia nuttiness. Subtle tea and oak carry the Clos Urolat cask influence, leaving a warm, lingering, fruit-tinged glow.
