Nose

Sherried richness unfurls, pairing dark cherries and plum with roasted barley. Notes of fig, orange zest, and cocoa deepen the bouquet, while vanilla and spice ripple through. A delicate whisper of Islay sea spray and a hint of smoke tether it to the coast.

Palate

Luxurious and full-bodied, the palate delivers sherry-soaked fruit—fig, plum and raisin—alongside burnt orange zest, cocoa and toasted nuts. Rich cacao, vanilla and spice weave with a saline maritime edge, while the high strength coats the tongue in velvety oil. Oak, cinnamon and clove lift the finish to a long, warming fade, with echoes of fruit and espresso.

Finish

Luxuriously long and warming, the finish pours sherried dark fruit, cocoa and warm spice across the palate, then trails into toasted oak with orange zest and a faint coastal salt note.
