The nineteen year old is the first PX Sherry expression that Bladnoch has released. The flavourful casks have imparted delectable notes of dark liquorice sticks, dried apricots and warming nutmeg into the golden-hued Whisky.
The aforementioned dark liquorice sticks and aged oak with a floral background on the nose. More liquorice on the palate, accompanied by dried apricots, almonds and nutmeg. The finish is long with a dry sweetness.

Dark liquorice dominates the mid-palate, with dried apricots and toasted almonds shaping the sweetness. Nutmeg weaves through the sip, lending warming spice against subtle oak. The texture is creamy yet slightly resinous, building to a long, dry finish with lingering fruit and nutty notes.
Finish
A long, refined finish that lingers with a dry sweetness, echoing dark liquorice, dried apricots and nutmeg, slowly fading to almond and softly toasted oak.
