The 2021 release of Bladnoch's fourteen year old Lowland Single Malt Whisky is aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks. Bladnoch’s Master Distiller, Dr Nick Savage hand selects every cask to bring together this rich expression.
Spicy and rich upfront with raisins and sultanas with a hint of orange peel and chocolate on the nose. More raisins, rich fruit cake with sweet cinnamon and chocolate envelop the palate. The finish is rich and long with a slight dryness.

Colour
Deep amber with rich mahogany hues and a copper-gold sheen.
Nose
Spicy and rich on the nose, with ripe raisins and sultanas at the fore, bright orange peel and dark chocolate. Cinnamon warmth threads through a sherried sweetness, yielding a luscious fruit cake bouquet with inviting depth.
Palate
Spicy and rich from the first sip, it delivers raisins and sultanas into a deep fruitcake core, with sweet cinnamon and dark chocolate underpinning the texture. A whisper of orange peel brightens the mid-palate, and the finish is long, lush, and gently dry.
Finish
Long, rich and slightly drying, the finish drapes the palate in raisin sweetness with hints of orange peel and cinnamon, finishing in a warm chocolate fade that lingers.
