Colour
Deep amber with coppery-bronze highlights and mahogany edges, a warm, radiant hue that speaks to first-fill Sherry maturation and natural colour.
Nose
Opulent sherry aromas dominate, with bright orange zest and creamy vanilla weaving through peppery spice. The richness hints at toasted oak and a soft, smoky undertone, inviting sip after sip.
Palate
On the palate it is full-bodied and richly sherried, delivering velvety vanilla and toffee, crowned by orange zest and dried fruit. Spicy black pepper provides a persistent kick, with subtle oak notes and a soft smoky warmth that lingers into a long, satisfying finish.
Finish
Soft, smoky finish with a lingering sherry warmth. Vanilla sweetness, orange zest and black pepper ripple through the fading smoke, leaving a velvety, long finish.
