Sherry-rich and inviting, this nose blends warm spices with raisin and nutmeg, overlaid by caramel and sweet dried fruits. Crushed nuts and cocoa powder thread through the aromas, adding depth to a luscious, velvety sherry bouquet.
Palate
Opulent on the palate, it delivers lush dried-fruit sweetness—raisin, fig and date—interwoven with savoury crushed nut, spice and cocoa powder. Velvety texture with caramel and almond undertones, finishing long with cocoa-dusted warmth and balanced sherry richness.
Finish
Medium finish carried by warm sherry, with cocoa and dried-fruit echoes. Nutty spice threads through the finale, ending on a refined note of caramel and plain chocolate.
