Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery-bronze glints and a warm honey hue.
Nose
Baked apple and creamy hazelnut malt with overtones of ginger-spiced apricot and honey, forging a warm, orchard-bright aroma.
Palate
A mouth-coating harmony of spiced stewed apples and ripe stone fruits, supported by mellow nutty oak, honeyed malt and a subtle kiss of candied peel.
Finish
Long, honeyed and softly spiced, with lingering stone fruit and creamy malt. Nutty oak spice persists, mingled with candied peel and a hint of sherry sweetness, fading to a warm, orchard-brushed finish.
