Bright orange marmalade and curd rise with blossom honey and waxy rind notes. Apricot jam on Victoria sponge adds sweetness, while melon and cool hints of frozen green grapes and yellow plums linger in the bouquet.
Palate
Spiced, aromatic orange leads the palate with grape jelly and ripe melon, followed by yellow plums and a touch of toasted oak and sweet spice. Peach and nectarine emerge, finished by a thread of spicy honeycomb that lingers.
Finish
Orange fondant and marzipan linger, accompanied by a gentle crunchie-bar sweetness. Ripe white stone fruits mingle with a cinnamon-spiced finish, leaving a warm, refined orchard-bright memory.
