A small distillery with a great pedigree and it's pleasing to see more official and Indie bottlings being released this year. This Single Cask Ben Nevis was bottled by the Single Malts of Scotland.
Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2019, this malt has been aged completely in an ex-sherry Butt.
A deep mahogany color, this Ben Nevis offers a rich texture and intense notes of sweet tobacco and dried fruit. Rich and subtly spicy with fiig, cocoa, clove, tiramisu and vanilla.
