Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant golden amber with honeyed warmth and a touch of sunlit copper.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and caramel toffee envelop toasted oak and spice. Dried fruit, orange zest, and almond notes rise from the glass, with a cocoa-dark undercurrent. A whisper of smoke and polished leather adds depth, while the high strength keeps the aroma dense and luxurious.
Palate
Bold, cask-strength palate with vanilla and toffee unfolding over integrated oak. Cinnamon and white pepper lift spices, while citrus zest and dried fruit brighten the mid-palate. A full, velvety mouthfeel leads to a long, warming finish of oak, pepper, and a hint of dark chocolate.
Finish
Long, warming and refined, the finish coats the palate with vanilla and caramel from the bourbon cask, layered over toasted oak. A measured spice—cinnamon and white pepper—lingers, with subtle dried-fruit notes and a soft, lingering oak warmth that closes in a stately glow.
